How can we help?

You earn 1 coin for every 5 minutes you focus, times the room's rate. A 25 minute session pays 5 coins in Garden Café, and more in rooms with a higher rate. Coins unlock new rooms forever.

If you hold to give up, that round pays 0 coins, but everything you already earned stays.

Finish at least one full focus session a day to keep your streak going. A session counts as finished when its timer runs out. Giving up on a round doesn't take away a session you already finished that day.

Want a nudge? Turn on the streak reminder in Profile > Notifications.

Open Profile > Account > Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple Account you used to buy. Focusland+ and packs come back on any iPhone signed in to that account.

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Focusland+, and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Focusland+ until the end of the period you paid for.

If you're on the free trial, cancel at least a day before it ends so you aren't charged.

Apple handles payments and refunds for the App Store. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your cat, coins, streak, tasks and rooms are saved on your iPhone. Deleting the app deletes them too. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so you can always restore those.

Open Profile > Account > Delete account. This removes everything Focusland saved and starts setup again. It doesn't cancel a subscription, so cancel Focusland+ in Settings first if you have it.

Not yet. Focusland is made for iPhone for now.

No, and there never will be. Focusland is free to use, with Focusland+ and small cosmetic packs if you want extras.
